Larry has been with UPS for 33 years, he was a Business Agent in 1996-2000 and 2004 to present. Larry was on the 1997 and the 2008 Teamsters Local 705 / United Parcel Service Negotiating Committee, Larry has attended National Labor College, Labor classes at U.I.C. and 1996 Teamster Leadership Academy.
