John started his career with UPS in 1974 as a part timer. He became a package car driver in 1978 then moved to Feeder in 1987. He was a Steward for the Feeder Drivers from 1999 until his appointment as a Union Representative in January 2004. He represents the Jeff Street and Dobson Members as well as the Palatine Feeder Drivers.

Rick has been a Teamster for the last 31 years. He started in 1978 with Yellow Freight as part of Local 179. He came to Local 705 in 1984 with the transfer of work. He has been a Union Representative for the last 12 years. He is currently the Union Representative for YRC, USF Holland, Hines Lumber, Maher Lumber and Villa Park Materials. Rick has successfully completed Labor Studies in negotiations, grievances and arbitrations at DePaul University and the National Labor College.

Kim Obney started with UPS in 1978 and became a Union Steward in 1995. She was on the 1997 and the 2008 Teamsters Local 705 / United Parcel Service Negotiations Committee. Kim has worked for the local since 2004, and is a graduate of the DePaul University Labor Education Program. Kim has also attended National Labor College, University of Wisconsin, Southwest Organizing School and Teamster Leadership Academy.

Kenneth Catron started his career at UPS in 1981 at the Jefferson St. Facility. Ken became a Union Steward in 1994 and transfered to CACH in July 2005. Ken became a Union Representative in July of 2008 and is currently attending DePaul University's Labor Education Program. Ken was a member of the 2008 Negotiating Committee for the Teamsters Local 705/ United Parcel Service Agreement.
