Neil has been working for Local 705 since February 2004.Neil currently represents the members at DHL Express. He was appointed Trustee in June of 2008.During his employment at Local 705 Neil has completed the Labor Education Classes at DePaul University, He has also completed several National Labor College courses in Contract Language Interpretation and Writing, Bargaining and Negotiations, and Arbitrations.
Neil has been a Member of Local 705 since 1985.In 1985 he was hired by Airborne Express and continued to work for them until he was hired at the Union. While at Airborne Express He served as a Union Steward from 1988 through 1998. Neil has also served as a Union Delegate for the 1996 and 2006 IBT Conventions.

Mike started in 1997 as a Local Driver at USF Holland. He was elected as a delegate to the 2001 IBT Convention and was appointed Union Representative for the Kankakee Area members in January 2004.
Since shortly after his appointment as Union Representative, Mike has held positions with the Kankakee Federation of Labor and is currently Secretary-Treasurer of that organization. He is also active in the Committee on Political Education, Community Services Inc and the American Red Cross in the Kankakee Area.
Mike has a BA from DePaul University and has done Labor Studies at the George Meany Center, the Labor Arbitration Institute and the Teamsters Leadership Academy.
